Area Orientation

Explanation and advice about public transportation services, distances to the office, main traffic roads, shopping

facilities, sports, banks, post office, telecommunications, or any specific need that is raised by the transferee like medical, leisure, traveling etc.

Maximum 3 Viewing of accommodations according to each transferee’s criteria (cost, size, location…)-can change depending on the client or the assignee situation we will let you know when sending you the mandate information

Visits of schools and information on the admissions process according to each family’s criteria (cost, location, age of children…)

Active support for all registration and administrative requirements

To send a recap email to the assignee copying the Graebel consultant and Anywr on what has been done with the assignee on that day

Home Search Services

Includes: Desktop Time, Accompanied Visits, Applications, Utilities & check in

(If only application, utilities & check-in take place, without accompanied flat viewings, a flat fee of 350 CHf will be paid)

Attribution of a personal Relocation Consultant throughout the program

Individual and personal need assessment (budget, type, size, location, personal needs, ideal entry date and so forth) Need analysis call done by the office most of the time.

Identification and selection of properties that meet the personal and validated criteria.

Preparation of individual viewing program at a pre-agreed date(s)

Accompanied visits by car.

Preparation and follow-up of all rental applications
